25 Best workout songs

Music is a great motivator to help you stick with your workouts. In fact, research shows that listening to music while you exercise can help you exercise longer and harder than you would otherwise. Everybody’s taste in music is different, but the important thing is to find songs that have a upbeat tempo and perk you up. My ipod has an eclectic mix of songs from 70s – present. If you exercise regularly, it’s easy to get burned out on hearing the same songs over and over again. My advice is to change things up by adding to your song list fairly regularly.
